Very common Price Pfister faucet, There was a design flaw with this style faucet for a number of years it would rust underneath the handle, price pfister fixed that and if you are dealing with that they’ll send you a new valve body today!

This is an 8” widespread faucet, Chrome finish we charge $125 to install faucets like this.

 
 
Higher end faucets are definitely nice to look at but unless you invest in water softeners or whole house filtration you are just throwing money away buying high end fixtures at least in Southern Orange County.

This is a Single hole Goose neck style faucet for a vessel sink, we installed this faucet three years ago and its still functioning great and has not required service.

I am a big fan of the cross handles on faucets and tubs, They are easier on the elderly in my opinion. I always recommend cross handle faucets for my Customers who have arthritis or any other hand issues.
